Text of the Speech:	Some soldiers who refused to deploy to Maiduguri citing lack of weapons to fight Boko Haram, were loaded in a truck to Abacha Barracks, Abuja. Once they got to Abacha barracks, they were beating blue black and drilled. Some fainted, some locked up in cells.
