It is on record that that Igbo are the defender of anything crime, anybody criminal and everything criminality. They are quick to make a case for any criminal and reason why he or she committed the crime. Igbo would go further to demand the arrest and prosecution of other supposed 'criminals ' of other tribes before coming to arrest and prosecuted their own criminal.
