That is why we always say you biafrad's are daft and stupid, go and the 2015, 2016,2017,and 2018 budget and tell me if their are any provisions for building of refineries anywhere in those budgets if you have any brains at all then you will know that no administration can build a whole refinery without budgeting for it. Simple common sense.
It is now obviously very clear that the level of your ignorance and stupidity is unrivaled.
How can anyone spread believe and spread such stupid and fake story without using their brains to check the facts.
