Because Muhammad killed too. And the killing in the North is done by your Muslim brothers. Killing has been part of your religion History. So killing yourselves bothers people no more. But killing from a religion that Condemns killing right from their religion book will attract news headlines. Take it or leave it.Jihadists (Boko Haram, ISIS, Matasin etc).
To correct you, how about killing of the Muslim general by US drone. Your Northern brothers protested here in Nigeria. And as reason of the death of that Muslim general...your Islam brothers brought down a Canadian plane killing innocent people. So people are less concern if you keep killing yourselves...because the killings started from your religion book and it is still there.
