This is good news to the loud mouthed Nigerians who think they are the smartest and most intelligent people in the world. There is nothing that makes life meaningful and comfortable that the white man has not invented, yet Nigerians, the most populous of black people cannot copy or replicate those things, policies of programmes and make them work for their people.
